VIP Prosecco and Canape lounge unveiled for Birmingham Independent Food Fair…
VIP ticket holders will be treated to expertly crafted canapes and prosecco, courtesy of fine dining restaurant 1847 Birmingham.
Based in the Great Western Arcade, the restaurant will pop up at Millennium Point over the weekend of 12-13 September, hosting a private VIP lounge.
1847 Birmingham launched just under two years ago with the aim of bringing modern, innovative vegetarian cuisine to the heart of Birmingham.
The restaurant has seen record numbers of diners over the past six months, and is now looking to extend both our premises and food offering.
Founder Damien Davenport said:
“We’re thrilled to be hosting the VIP section at this year’s Birmingham Independent Food Fair. Our head chef Tony Cridland will be serving a range of vegetarian canapés showcasing the finest locally-sourced ingredients.”

Birmingham Independent Food Fair takes place on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th September at Millennium Point.
VIP numbers are strictly limited with capacity for only 100 visitors. There is an upgrade option for those who have already purchased tickets.
