The team has surpassed its target for the year by 12%, continuing the trend of double-digit improvement against target for the last three years, now contributing almost 30% to the firm’s overall revenues.

The resurgence of the UK economy and implementation of the firm’s strategic growth plan, which focusses on key sectors have combined to help the team’s strong performance. The team has a proven track record in delivering property transaction work, along with targeting the property needs of clients in specific sectors.

It is this focus that has delivered success according to Managing Partner Emma Shipp: “By working in this more targeted way, we are able to deliver practical solutions to clients, based on our experience of the sector specific issues they face – this ensures clients are not paying for the time it takes our lawyers to come up to speed with these sector specific issues, just the advice they seek.
