New HQ for oil company in Cheltenham…

Submitted by on November 19, 2013 – 8:20 am |

Julian Capewell - Bruton Knowles - New HQ for oil company in Cheltenham...Optimum Oils is moving its Gloucestershire HQ from Quedgeley to Cheltenham having taken a new lease at Ullenwood Court.

Julian Capewell from Bruton Knowles’ Gloucester office, who brokered the deal, said: “Once the directors saw the location and quality of accommodation there was nothing else to do but go for it.

“As well as being strategically well placed for road connections to all points of the compass, the quality and layout of Ullenwood makes it an ideal customer-facing location with a superb rural feel and yet only minutes away from Cheltenham town centre.

“The landlord, Mike Cuttell has been providing a quality venue for some years now.

“It is always a pleasure to visit the estate, you know that people will be impressed with what is on offer.  It is such good value.  The landlord has installed a helipad for those who want to use it and a defibrillator for emergency use.”

Optimum Oils made the move   after switching its HQ operation from the Opus at Quedgeley.

The company was established in 1997 by a group of specialists drawn from a major international oil concern.

Julian Capewell said: “Ullenwood Court has been a top business destination for more than 40 years with a strong roster of Gloucestershire companies represented.”
