New appointment to bring fresh perspective to Avison Young’s property management team…
Sarah Brunt, previous Head of Finance at leading care home provider Sanctuary Care, will lead the delivery of accounts services at Avison Young’s 15 offices across the UK from the centrally located Birmingham office.

Bringing experience from prior senior positions at multinational automotive supplier GKN and not-for-profit Housing 21, a key part of Brunt’s role will be implementing change, reviewing processes and futureproofing the business. Building on the expertise gained from her years as a teacher, her remit will also bring a strong people focus to the position, ensuring the function continues to grow and develop talent across the UK.

Property Management is one of the five key growth areas for Avison Young globally, building on the existing robust service in the UK and USA. In the UK alone, the Property Management Consultancy team currently has £15bn assets under management and over 15,000 occupiers, employing over 250 people. The team manages a wide variety of property including offices, business parks, industrial, logistics and retail, as well as mixed-use schemes and has a number of high-profile assets under management.
