Licence to thrill at Nottingham New Year celebrations…

Submitted by on December 19, 2013 – 8:20 am |

Rebecca Deaville and Lauren Swift - Licence to thrill at Nottingham New Year celebrations...Nottingham party goers wanting their New Year’s Eve celebrations to be shaken and not stirred should head to Alea where the theme to see in 2014 will be James Bond’s ‘Casino Royale’.

With guests dressed to kill, the Upper Parliament Street night spot is looking forward to treating guests to a sumptuous evening MI6’s most famous secret agent would be happy to frequent.

Including all the trimmings akin to the famous Casino Royale, upon arrival guests will be able to sip on chilled champagne or their favourite cocktail.

An exquisite five-course dinner will then be served in the Casino Suite followed by live entertainment and disco in the Hidden Bar until the early hours.

Rebecca Deaville, marketing manager at Alea said: “Dare I say it but when it comes to New Year’s Eve parties nobody does it better than Alea!

“We’re pulling out all the stops to make sure those who do see in the New Year with us have a night to remember.

“We also want as many guests to come dressed as their favourite Bond villain so if anyone wants to come along as Sronmberg, Blofeld, Jaws,Scaramanga or Dr No we’re looking forward to seeing them on the night.”

Meanwhile in the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill those who want to enjoy a night of stylish dining can book a table in what has become the city’s most popular steakhouse bar and grill.

Already a firm favourite with the city’s foodies the chance to enjoy New Year’s Eve with a menu developed by the original enfant terrible himself is one not to be overlooked.

Rebecca added: “This will be the second New Year’s Eve at the restaurant and those who come along will be in for an absolutely fantastic evening.

“The menu has been specially selected by Marco himself and when coupled with the amazing atmosphere will make for a very special night.”
