Energy price comparison site on target to exceed £10 million turnover…

Submitted by on August 19, 2016 – 6:38 am |

Phil FosterBusiness energy price comparison website, Love Energy Savings, are on target to meet, and exceed, their £10 million 2016 turnover forecast – after a fantastic first half of the year.

The estimates come in the wake of Love Energy Savings launching an industry leading ‘Fair Price Policy’ which guarantees businesses better deals without having to barter.

Love Energy Savings promise to treat business energy customers like their domestic counterparts, showing them the tariff prices and savings available straight away.

A reluctance to show prices online followed by pushy sales tactics is a practice which has given the industry a bad name in recent years, resulting in a lack of trust.

In addition to this, not only can customers view the options available, they can also choose to ‘Buy Online’ and switch their tariff there and then, a feature which is still a new phenomenon in the business energy market. It is all about making the experience as quick and easy as possible.

A dedication to fairness and transparency has clearly paid off with revenue up by 78% from this time last year and new business increasing by 107%.

These fantastic results come in the wake of National Trading Standards recently completing their investigation in allegations of mis-selling energy contracts to business energy customers, closing down numerous unscrupulous sellers across Lancashire.

As a result, it has never been more important for companies like Love Energy Savings to lead the way, demonstrating that success can be achieved through fantastic customer service and awesome deals, not the exploitation of a lack of customer understanding.

Commenting on the figures, Managing Director of Love Energy Savings, Phil Foster, had this to say;

“I am thrilled with the results seen for the first half of the year, it just proves to us and others in the sector that if you treat customers fairly, satisfaction will be felt by all.

“I am incredibly confident that we not only guarantee fair prices, we evidence them too. The decision to do this was really a no-brainer, we just want our customers to save as much as possible on their business energy and feel confident that they’ve received an awesome deal!”

“Business energy customers deserve the same level of transparency and peace of mind that domestic customers enjoy and it is good to know that National Trading Standards are working to clean-up the market.”
