d&t Advisory Helps Optimise Financial Future for The Inclusion Project…

Submitted by on May 24, 2019 – 6:30 am |

unnamed (1)Chartered accountants and business advisory organisation d&t, is working with The Inclusion Project, an award-winning franchise initiative that promotes a healthy, social and active lifestyle for adults with learning disabilities.  Following a strategic review of accounting practices and HMRC compliance d&t will manage The Inclusion Project’s accounts following the Company’s year-end.  Franchisees will also have the option to take advantage of d&t’s services in the future.

Dr Denise Jackson, quality assurance manager, The Inclusion Project explains: “We approached d&t in relation to our franchise business accounts and HMRC compliance.  Laura Williams, business development accountant, travelled all the way from Swindon to the East Coast for a day-long meeting to give us direction for the way forward with The Inclusion Project.

“The meeting was invaluable as Laura understood how we operate as a franchise business very well and our need to make the business viable while ensuring we remain compliant.  Laura contributed some professional accounting advice that has helped us enormously.  We will be moving our accounts over to d&t after year end, as we have been most impressed by the professional service provided, as well as the interaction at d&t with other experts in the franchising world.”

Laura Williams, business development accountant d&t confirms: “At d&t we aim to create value for businesses.   As well as providing a range of financial planning and accountancy services, our team of experts and our network of trusted partners can offer real business advice based on their wealth of experience. Using financial information as a platform, we work together to help businesses run more efficiently, drive franchisee performance and even identify new income streams.

“There is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach, every financial plan we create is tailored,” continues Williams.  “We are now delighted to be working with The Inclusion Project to help them make the right decisions about the financial future of the franchise, for the benefit of franchisees and their clients alike.”
