the pulse of Birmingham’s thriving real estate landscape, right from its centre.
James Ackrill, Centrick’s Chairman, is confident that its new location will help further position the
business as industry leaders in the city. He commented:
“2019 has already seen Centrick go from strength-to-strength, acquiring new properties, staff
members, and projects, with our office move being another momentous occasion for us to celebrate.
Occupying the top floor of The Exchange, our new headquarters will place Centrick right in the hub of
the city’s bustling business district. This is the first in a series of fantastic announcements expected
for us at Centrick in the coming months, and we look forward to commemorating each of these in our

The smart and motivated team has become the region’s go-to property experts over the last 14

branch out to offer new services, as well as strengthen areas we were already excelling in – such as

“For us, staying current and seizing opportunities in the market is crucial. This approach has ensured
that we’ve remained at the precipice of the ever-changing property market, developing our services
to reflect the needs of the people buying, renting, and selling today. As a result, we’re proud to say
