Another successful care home sale for Midlands based Thomas Guise…

Wayne Thomas - Thomas Guise SolicitorsLeading regional law firm Thomas Guise, selling agents Aldridge Care Homes and Windless Solicitors are pleased to announce the successful sale of Burwood Residential Care Home in Bacup, Lancashire by Burwood Residential Home Limited for an undisclosed sum.

Burwood Residential Care Home’s CEO Katie Singam commented “Having provided a high standard of care at Burwood over many years, we reluctantly came to the conclusion that the care home was not a good fit with our future business strategy. However, we are pleased to have secured a sale to very experienced operators who will, we are sure, provide the very best quality of care in the future”

She continues “I am also grateful to the agents and solicitors acting for both sides who enabled the transaction to proceed smoothly and swiftly”
